insipient freezer crisis

In preparation for Baitcon, I must empty one of my 22 c.f. freezers.... uh-oh.

Ground is $4/lb. I have some other cuts. I have organ meats. I have dog/soup bones. Make an offer. Be specific.

I will deliver to Davis Sq on Tuesday, June 16 in the early evening. Other times/places, like pick-up here, before Baitcon, or delivery to BOS party can be negotiated by special arrangement.

I don't think I have any lamb, but I might. What other cuts of beef are of interest? Meet at Diesel is slightly easier, but we can communicate.

I'll happily cook anything expect for organ meat. Cuts that can be tossed on the grill or under a broiler are a bonus since they don't need longer cooking times.

ok. how many lbs total do you want? is $9/lb fair for the non-ground cuts? (this is good young beef, organic, home-grown)

I have a couple of chickens left, but they didn't get vac-packed well, and are probably slightly freezer burned. I don't have any stew meat. The ground tends to come in 2# packs, so how about I bring in ~6# for you?

Any chance you could bring eggs as well? I know you will have your hands full, but next Tuesday will be the last time I hit the Diesel in awhile, so I figure I would ask and let you figure it out. I expect I would take as many as you would sell me, since it will be a few months til I can get more (I guess I should also ask if you happen to know how long they are good for in the fridge...)
