What to do with 3 hours between planes

in Amsterdam/schipol...  They have pay by the 1/4hr public terminals! 6 euro gets me 30 min. This does not suck.

warning about schipol - security is at the gate, can't even get a water bottle through and no way to buy another before boarding. more details later, but heads up.
