There is so much snow here, I am having a hard time remembering what it looks like where there is not snow.

It snowed like this when I was a teenager, in 1978 (we were north of Boston with horses in the back yard), and I had a series of dreams about the snow melting and taking the rest of the landscape away with it, leaving the trees and rocks hanging in mid air... it were beautiful but eerie.
