ask dr LJ....

does anyone know how to convince LJ to show me the entries that exist on one filter in my journal apart from everything else?

try this FAQ, I think what you want is the Friend's Filter page.

okay, Maybe not.

Do you tag things? you can go to the manage tags page, pick a tag and view all entries in order with that tag.

I've done this before. There's totally a way to do it. I'm not finding it. arg.

Aha. For Paid Accounts, filtering by security levels: http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=24

If you have named the filter, the name should appear at the bottom of the entry. Click on that and you should get all the entries in that filter.

at the top of any given page (friends for instance), there is a pull-down box that says "filter", clicky, and there are all my filters.

if you have overlapping filters, well, then you're not going to get an exclusive set, unless you make one.
