Pedro Dog update #8

Pedro had his 6-week post-up visit with the vet this morning.  He is cleared for supervised off-leash 1/2 hour walks and no more crate.  In another two weeks, he's allowed to do stairs again.  His only issue at this point is the chew-hole on the inside of his leg.  I've had an anti-chew cone on his head for about a week now, and it is starting to heal, but the Vet said 6 weeks for it to close.  However, it should heal with just daily cleaning, so long as Pedro doesn't manage to chew it more. Good Dog.

I had to have the victorian collar on my cat when he was operated on in September. Broke my heart--he hated it. But he did heal up very well.
