no 4:30 AM tomorrow

In other words, I killed the F***ing roosters this evening.  so just stupid white birds to kill on Sunday.

What I would like to know is why is the stage between killing and being ready-to-cook called "dressing"?  it seems to me that it's more like un-dressing.
