In September of the year before, that is 15 months before the dinner:
Plant winter wheat and garlic
Buy sow (or plan on buying a piglet in the spring)
Breed cow
Acquire breeding turkeys or check into turkey hatchlings

In November, 12 months before
Breed sow
Start layer flock pullets, if you don’t already have layers.

In February and March, 8-9 months prior
Start seeds in greenhouse: Onion, herbs, etc.

April:
Help Sow pig, or make arrangements to get a 6 wk old piglet for the end of May.
Start preparing garden bed
Breed turkeys, or order turkey chicks for June delivery

May – by the end of May these things should be done:
Vegetable (squash, potatoes, corn, beans, carrots, etc. seeds planted, seedlings set out, garlic weeded once already,
The piglet should be growing well.
Turkey eggs should be incubating.

June:
Cow should calf, from now on milk every day, sometimes make butter.
Keep veggies weeded and watered
Make hay, you need to feed the cow.
Take good care of turkey chicks, remember they are prone to SIDS

July:
Water, feed, weed, milk.

August:
Harvest wheat, garlic, corn, beans, carrots, onions and other veggies
Water, feed, weed, milk.

September
More harvesting (apples, potatoes) and proper storage
Corn should be hung to dry
Water, feed, milk
Start making bread sourdough if you don't have one going already.

October
Slaughter pig and render lard for pie crusts.
Water, feed,  milk
sourdough should be making nicely risen loaves by now.

November:
Save up 2 dz eggs
Save up 2 lb butter and 1 qt cream
The week before, inventory veggies and create menu
The Sunday before: Kill and dress turkeys
Monday: bake bread, shell corn
Tuesday: grind and sift wheat for pie crusts, grind cornmeal for cornbread.
Wednesday: prep pie crusts, cook (and can extra) pumpkin for pies. Make more bread if necessary for stuffing. Prep corn bread batter.
Thanksgiving day: (in this order)
Make stuffing, stuff turkey and put in oven.
Prep veggies/potatoes
Put together pies
1.5 hr before turkey is done: start cooking potatoes, veggies, corn bread.
When turkey comes out – put pies in, make gravy.
