Functionality update

I'm semi-functional again. The drugs are good, but possibly not right yet. I was on the extended release capsule before, and this is not. I don't know if that's what's causing big crashes in the afternoon, or if it's the interaction with the sleeping stuff. But I'm pretty sure the non-time release is why I'm waking up shaky and headsore in the morning. Another call to MD tomorrow... I slept last night without help, so I'll see if I crash this afternoon again. If anyone reading this has any experience/comments on Effexor vs Effexor XR and/or interactions of either of those with Temazepam, I think my brain is functional enough to process input now.
