Pain first (as this is largely the reason for non-exercise). Since sometime on Monday I have been having episodes of pain that feel like it is between my scapula and my ribs. Sometimes it is just a stiff/sore kind of pain, but sometimes it feels like I have little larve crawling around in there. Yes, eeewwww..... But when I was out today for a few hours (getting my hair done then at the gym) it didn't hurt at all. As soon as I got home, it hurt again. I don't know if it's worse at home because it's cooler in here, or the way I sit on my chair, or just that I'm home and tenser. That last would be bad bad. And I don't think it's how I'm sitting, because it does not matter what I am doing - sitting, standing, lying, carrying water buckets, sweeping, it's all the same to the pain or lack thereof.
So I did go to the gym and meet with my personal trainer. She and I talked about diet and motovation. She took my measurements again - I am 2 lbs heavier than roughly a month ago, most of my measurements were the same with some really big exceptions - calf circumference is 1/2 in. smaller, Bicep is 1/2 in bigger and thigh is a whopping 1.5 inches smaller. Yipee! Now to eat less...
