Critter update

At my home:
2 horses, lying in the sun on the lawn
1 Dexter yearling heifer calf, also lying in the sun on the lawn
5 New Hampshire red hens, all with predator injuries, laying sporadically, sticking close to their henhouse
10 white broiler chicks, 3 weeks old, in the chicken pen of the big barn
9 (out of original 15) Broad Breasted Bronze turkey chicks in the new poultry brooder

At the cow shed: Dexter Cattle
1 bull
3 cows
3 yearling steer
1 month-old heifer
1 month-old bull calf due to become a steer today

Coming soon: 5 little pigs (5/28)
55 baby chickens, some for meat some for eggs (week of 6/11)
