Getting rid of stuff: FREE STUFF
Mar. 24th, 2010 09:08 am1. I have a pile of kitchen/dining/party goods - high quality tea sets, dishware, serving plates, and the like that I have to clean out for my dad. The current plan is to box it all up and give it to a charity. Are you a charity? Would you like this stuff? It must be gone by April 1st. Some of it has sentimental value to me and I am loath to part with it, but I don't have any space to keep it, or the inclination to use it.
2. I have a pile of fabric - things that I have kept because it might be useful for something.... Old sheets with tears or blown out elastic, good pieces of denim left from torn jeans - things like that. I don't want it to go to a landfill.... but I don't want to keep it anymore, either. Any takers? It's a large trash bag and a little bit more, delivery to camberville available.
