Anthem is not playing nice with my hospital and doctors, and they no longer have a contract. The state is mandating that Anthem continue to cover those services until March 1. We are getting different coverage, through James' employer.

Anthem call notes

punched in a lot of numbers
Waited ~5 min on hold
person said he was "going to cake care of me" in a very friendly way and seemed to think somehow that there was a chance that I would not need to cancel my coverage.
Then transferred me on hold until 12:10
2 min conversation with that person who said I was in the wrong place, but knew why, and put me on hold again saying she was going to connect me with the right dept and explain to the person she would put me on with what the problem is.
12:22 - 3rd person spoke briefly and transferred me to yet another person
12:32 - 4th person wanted to send me elsewhere, but I didn't let her. She tried again to convince me that i didn't need to cancel. or that I should pay my whole bill. I stated that I wanted to know what I should pay for only one month and how to get a certificate of coverage. After a bit of balking, she finally provided that information. and now I have to write a g.d. letter to get the certificate.
