Fair Point broke

We have no net or landline. They promise to fix it by 5pm Monday. In the meantime my cell is the only way to reach me.

EDIT - Fair Point Tech for the win. So I went out for a run, shortly after posting this, and saw a Fair Point truck and stopped and spoke to him. A little while later, he was back, with our work order, which he said that he specifically asked the office for so he could fix us today. This is my second good experience with Fair Point field techs, out of two. I did make a point of thanking him.
