So they sent me this email this morning saying that they will have a new an improved service available soon. It has no details, but says, look here, go to this website and fill out a form and we will contact you. #1, this is bullshit. Why can't you just either say in your email or point to a link with HOW this will be an improvement and how much it will cost. Will it be faster? do I get a bigger pipe? Will you still have overlimit slowdowns? #2 their stupid contact me form didn't even work. Specifically, clicking the submit button did exactly nothing, even after I turned off no-script. So on a scale of 0-10 the only reason WildBlue Communications gets anything better than a 0 is because *sometimes* (like right now) the service actually does work, so I suppose I have to give them a 1.
