I have no idea what the "going rate" might be, but I do know how much it costs in taxes and landlord upkeep, and it really is that much. Besides, you've seen the place :-)

Actually, I've never been inside. This is the house at KH, yes? So *technically* all I've seen is the garage and the bathroom over it.
