You might want to search for "rolltop desk" or "rolltop cabinet" instead of "apothecary cabinet". While many rolltops have open nooks, others do have many little drawers instead. If you could find a desk, it might be able to serve double duty as well, instead of just taking up wall space (if that's an issue at your new place).
