goddessfarmerCasey cow has a new calf, possibly born yesterday given it's sprightlyness today. It's a large bull calf which looks like it will be dun (brown) not black. I'm sort on time, therefore short on photos.
In other animal news: all 61 chicks are still alive (that's not only good, but unusual for 2 days from arrival), 2 of the turkey chicks succumbed to natural causes the first night I left them out (this is not so unusual), and one more of the layers got taken, so now there are only 3.
