BEEF!

The 3 steer are going to the butcher on 8/17. As of the records that I can find candle_light and desiringsubject have each requested 1/2 steer.  Which leave a whole steer un-sold as yet, given that I'm keeping one. Unless there I'm missing someone.  Comments or email are welcome....

EDIT: people whose names 'fell off' the list have told me, and the steers are all sold now. yay.

I belive we missed this installment of "beef, please". But just to make sure; we are in for a 1/2 pig this fall, correct?
