I just got a call from my cell company (Verizon). The nice 'consultant' wanted to review my usage in light of my plan.  Net result: downgrade the family plan from 1400 to 700 minutes for a $20 savings and add a $5 package to my phone only that covers the small amount of txt messaging I've been using. So I save $15/month. And they called me? I am NOT complaining.

I have always thought companies should do that. It seems the sort of thing that would come back to them in spades. I reaaaaally wish my health plan would do that. We downgraded out of poverty and rate increases, but I want to figure out if where we are is now getting more expensive than a more expansive plan. Not only do they not so that, they will make reapply to change up. Even though they have the whole thing in my first app plus their records of treating me for 5 years. Arrrgh!
