time to eat chicken! (call for help)

I have 20 stupid white birds to kill. I am proposing to do this on SUNDAY November 4. That is this coming Sunday. I'd like to start at 10am. tamidon, I assume you're in. I'd really like one or two more people to help (pay is in chicken) who are willing to do more work than talk and aren't squeamish. This job could be done in less than 3 hours if we work hard. Comment here, or email me, if you want to help, but it's not a first come, first serve, I am looking for the best applicants. I really want to do this smoothly and fast with a minimum of fussing around.

Dang! You always pick a death day I can't make. I have a visitor this weekend. I have experience plucking, and have no issues dealing with freshly dead chickens. My issue is the actual killing, but as long as someone else does the head-lopping, I'm fine with everything after it stops flopping about.
