safety check-in

Just  a quick note from Chatham, Ontario.  My flight to Detroit was uneventful, and even not too unpleasant, since when I did the online check-in it offered me first class for only $50 more. That was worth it even just for the seat that fits me, not including the attentive water refills, the lemon wedge and the free snack.  I had a little wait for chocorua to get over to the airport from his train show, but then we were off to Canada.  Tonight we are expecting to stay with our friends at St. Lawrence Nurseries in Postdam NY, so it's time to be driving some more.
