Announcing the birth of another Dexter heifer - out of Casey of Emerald Acres, by O'Meara's Van. There is nothing quite so able to lift my day that actually getting to see a new calf take it's first drink. I took some photos with my phone, the the light was all wrong for photography. Pretty to be there in though.
