(no subject)

waiting...

No wait for the train this morning. I was on time and it was.
Waiting on the platform for the subway, having to ask the driver which train it was,
the sign and automated stop announcer got turned on a few stops later.
smooth running
waiting for appointment to sell my body for science
tests, forms, another test, new drugs
which they pay for, along with my time.
I could have had an expensive lunch today
but didn't
now, more waiting.
I'm early
because I left
time enough for things to go wrong
enough time to smell the roses
walking by
time for lunch leisurely
time for easy

Said today ...

I am looking forward not just to tomorrow, but to life.

There is no such thing as bad weather, only unpreparedness.
