Cats CAN be trained

I have 3 cats at home. Pearl, the 15 year old, has special extra tasty, extra nutritious food and gets fed in a small cage so that she isn't disturbed when eating. She's not really interested in food, so we feed her when she asks. I usually shut, but don't latch, the cage door so that she can leave when she's done. This morning, it looks like she ate about 2 bites before leaving. Both other cats have been in and back out again since then, and Pearl's food, with the cage door wide open, is still there. They younger cats have gone to their food in the kitchen to eat. Hooray for smart cats!

Ask Dr. LJ: Women's underwear

Where do my woman friends go to get panties that fit? I'm looking for regular every-day use cotton or soft but breathing fabric underwear that actually fits my 1x ass and does not chafe. I won't go into details on the current chafing complaint unless you ask. I need to solve this problem on the order of NOW: an online store today, or an actual shop on Wednesday.

2. I read 2/3 of a trilogy recently. I'll be picking up the 3rd during the previously mentioned shopping expedition. Steig Larsson wrote The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The girl who Played with Fire, and the Girl who Kicked the Hornet's Nest. Then he died. Which I find unfortunate because his stories are very well written and extremely imaginative. I'll try not to put in any spoilers, but here's a cut just in case. ( not long.. and no big spoilers )
