To folks who wanted BEEF

We have a kill date for that steer - October 5. I expect the meat to take 3-4 weeks from then to be ready.

The current list is: Amidon, Wex's, Phiz, Andy K (a little), Laurel (maybe?) Bait (a little)

I'd like to be able to take it all to Amidon's and have distribution happen from there, if y'all are amenable. Price is $3/lb based on hang weight, so we'll have to work out just what is fair for folks getting "a little"

There will be organ meats and dog bones

I didn't know "a little" was an option...please add me to the little, and mainly ground meat. Could I get it from the Diesel or perhaps kissoflife if she is amenable?

Excellent. Not sure what you mean by a little, I was figuring whatever one person's share would be based on how much couples and families shares are.
That said I don't have a chest freezer. {measures} Ok, freezer is 17"x23"x11", which I'd be happy to fill at least half of.

If you are still willing to add takers, Mieke & I would be interested. If available, we'd be interested in 5-10 pounds for ourselves in whatever mixture is available. If more is available, we're pretty sure a couple of our friends would be interested in about the same amount. (Though we don't need/want organ meats, dog bones, etc.) Thanks!
