To folks who wanted BEEF

The current list is: Amidon, Wex's, Phiz, Andy K (a little), Laurel (maybe?) Bait (a little)
I'd like to be able to take it all to Amidon's and have distribution happen from there, if y'all are amenable. Price is $3/lb based on hang weight, so we'll have to work out just what is fair for folks getting "a little"
There will be organ meats and dog bones
