The visible face is lj-user=marmota, and the non visible face is likely Bait (I dont recall his lj username), altho it could be Spam (southern Spam, that is). But I do think it's Bait.

Well, that's "obviously" marmota on the left, but I'm afraid that the one on the right is hiding too many identifiable markings. Long hair? Tie-dyed shirt? Facial hair? That honestly doesn't narrow it a bit.
