Friends list note

Recently, a couple of people have added me to their friends list. This is fine, but if I don't know who you are in real life, I won't friend you back. So I have a request of my new found friends - please send me an email with your real name along with your LJ name, and some reason I'd remember who you are. I confess to being very bad with names, so unless I've had an extended conversation with you very recently, I might not know your real name even. I'm trying hard to put names and faces together, so please help me out here. Thanks.

Hi *waves* I just figured I would give you a reminder of who I am since you said you were bad with names and we've only really met at parties. I'm Liz aka Whuffle. The icon is a picture of me and one of my 4 rabbits, Lookout. Yes, Lookout is her name. Trust me, she fits it in every sense and definition of the word!

I got that but I figured since you also mentioned having a hard time linking journal names and faces and real names together that I would give you a friendly hello and a reminder. Besides, it gave me an excuse to comment to your journal and say hi. I may not comment much but I have really been enjoying reading what you write. In many ways, the things you write sound a lot like some of the things I write and some of the stuff that goes on in my head. Its interesting to read and interesting to see how someone else handles similar experiences. Thanks for letting me read along.

Hi! I friended you sight unseen ... we've never met. But we've a mutual acquaintance, LJ name is AHF. I know her in real life. She thought we might have some mutual interests, what with the farming and all. :)
