Lame horse, lame rider

My wonderful Trump horse is lame. The vet can't find anything obvious, so we suspect that it's the recent shoeing and to give him bute (a non-steroidal-anti-inflammatory) for 2 days and see if he's better after that. If not, we'll poke more. In the process of pulling off his bell boots so the vet could see him properly, I slipped and jammed a finger and did something to my right knee and foot. I'm not incapacitated in any way but annoyed and slightly OW.

My dog Abby sliced her right front paw the same day I did the same to my right thumb..

Yes, in fact. Right side for both. I'm better now, although he wasn't last I checked.
