Freezer cleanout - free meat

I have a **lot** of beef liver (Yes, it's Organic) to unload, and some pork ribs.  Also, both back fat, pork kidney fat, and beef fat.   There is also a beef  heart or two in there.  I can bring requests to Diesel this Tuesday or Next.  After that, I'll render the fats to make them smaller, and feed the liver to the dog. I need to get my freezer empty before the pigs and steers come back from the butcher - Steers go Wednesday, Pigs go Sunday.  I may have  pork and beef for sale after thanksgiving.

imvfd is an organ man. Er. As it, um, were. Yeah. So. Anyway. If you're in need of disposal, he'd be happy to take some liver and/or a heart off your hands. I'd be happy to take some pork ribs. S'all good. I'll make sure to have him go to Diesel and pick it up (I might not make an appearance this week.)

If for some bizarre reason nobody else wants them, the dogs would love the beef heart, the liver, and any non-weight-bearing bones (like the pork ribs). I understand if you want to prioritize human eaters though. *g*

You had mentioned beef ribs at one point, although I suspect that was a "speak up or they're gone" moment. On the off chance it wasn't I'm still interested.
