Can be a couple or single, must be poly/kinky/pagan tolerant. Share large kitchen, library, living room, music room and hot tub. House is frequently used for parties and meetings. Well behaved pets that can get along with the existing dog and cats are allowed. $800/month includes electric, heat, HW, snow plowing, TV and internet. On site laundry. Photovoltaic with battery backup ensures no power outages.
