Hey, today I actually got transferred to someone who might even know a little bit more than the script. He tested some things, said he saw some packet loss. Oh shock and surprise! packet loss! So tomorrow a tech will arrive here (between 1 and 3, and call first) with a new modem and there will be testing! Y'know, it's nice to have fewer lost packets. But I don't think general packet loss really accounts for the same packets being lost every time

2:55 finally through all the menus before transfer to agent
estimated wait time > 10 min.
25:39 first person (didn't get her name, oops)
30:19 on hold again
34:19 first person again
40:06 hold
44:52 transfer to Edward
49:37 hold so he can do testing
more iterations of hold and talking, confirming that I will be here for tech tomorrow.
57:08 end call.

It really sucks that you've had to spend so much time to get anybody at Comcast to pay attention, but I'm glad that they finally are!
