goddessfarmerChickens are in the freezer. Thanks to tamidon (and her youngest), desiringsubject, entrochan, quezz, chocorua, and drbitch for helping. The total head count was 14. The smallest was just over 2 lbs and the largest was about 6. Most of these birds are already sold, but I'm wondering if I should do another batch of 25 this season (which usually ends up more like 20). Who wants chicken at the end of October?
Now I really should go wash the blood off my legs and sandals.
