I have a **lot** of beef liver (Yes, it's Organic) to unload, and some pork ribs.  Also, both back fat, pork kidney fat, and beef fat.   There is also a beef  heart or two in there.  I can bring requests to Diesel this Tuesday or Next.  After that, I'll render the fats to make them smaller, and feed the liver to the dog. I need to get my freezer empty before the pigs and steers come back from the butcher - Steers go Wednesday, Pigs go Sunday.  I may have  pork and beef for sale after thanksgiving.

Meatball and Sir Loin are going to the butcher 10/25/06 (Wednesday). I will be keeping Meatball for my consumption, but Sir Loin is to be sold. I already have a buyer for one side (1/2), so here is the deal on the other side - $300, including processing to your specification if you fill out cut sheet by the end of tomorrow. He's not very big, so this is probably for ~100 lbs of meat. First come, fist served. Oh, yea, this is BEEF.
